William Tyrrell Investigation # 3: Tracing Big Gum Road
My psychic investigation into the disappearance of William Tyrrell has taken me down many unexpected paths already. Some clues have arrived as images, others as words, names, landscapes or sudden impressions that don't immediately make sense.
One particular phrase has stayed with me: “Big Gum”
To explore it properly, I was directed to get onto Google Maps and start examining the landscape for possible matches—old roads, gum trees, isolated properties and locations whose names or surroundings might connect with the impression I received. This investigation is not about presenting psychic impressions as proven facts, but about documenting where they lead and whether any of those clues can be connected to real places or independently verifiable information.
Sometimes an investigation begins with a fact. Sometimes, in this case, it begins with a name that won't leave my mind: Big Gum.
INVESTIGATION
I decide to explore whether there is any link between Kendall and ‘Big Gum’. I learn there is a big Flooded Gum in nearby Middle Brother National park. He is called Big Fella. I also notice to access this tree I need to drive along ‘Big Gum Rd’.
I decide to jump on Google Map street view and drive the road looking for the vision I received in Investigation # 1. Im looking for a lush grassy embankment on the left side of the road with a slight incline to a flooded gum tree backed by a forest. The only issue being that the incline is on the wrong side of the road on Big Gum Road. I turn and ‘street view’ drive back along Batar Creek Rd which is in between Benaroon Drive and Big Gum Rd. I scan the road for several kilometers utilising this method.
And then I see the location. On Batar Creek Rd.
The tree is a little different but has lots of peeling bark, there are Flooded Gums around and the grass is exactly what I saw in my vision. Very thick, lush, dark green, about 15-20cm long. I recognise it as soon as I see it. Roadside incline, forest edge, big peeling white tree, lush green grass.
I notice there is a small creek very close nearby. I look up its name. It is Petar Creek.
I now have a location on the ground. My next move will be exploring this location via Google Earth and Google Street View.
