Celine Cremer Investigation # 6: The Unseen Revealed

Welcome to this investigation into the disappearance of Celine Cremer, a Belgian tourist who went missing while hiking the Philosopher Falls Track in north-west Tasmania.

If you've been following this series from the beginning, you'll already be familiar with the concerns I've raised, the patterns I've identified, and the impressions and insights that have emerged throughout my investigation. Each post has explored a different aspect of the case, gradually building a broader picture of what I believe may have happened.

In this post, I bring together the impressions that have remained with me throughout this investigation. This is the sequence of events that, in my view, best explains what happened to Celine on the day she hiked the Philosopher Falls Track.

I share this information with the utmost respect for Celine, her family, and her friends. It is offered in the hope that it may contribute to greater understanding and provide another perspective on the questions that remain surrounding her disappearance.

The Unseen

Over the course of this investigation, I have walked the Philosopher Falls Track, studied the publicly available timeline, examined the terrain, and reflected deeply on the impressions that have consistently come through to me. What follows is not intended to replace the established facts of the case, nor should it be interpreted as verified evidence. Rather, it represents my personal understanding of what may have occurred, based on my own observations, intuitive impressions, and the experiences I had while visiting the location.

The known facts provide the framework. On 17 June 2023, Celine Cremer arrived in Waratah before travelling to Philosopher Falls, where CCTV and GPS data help establish parts of her journey. Beyond those documented points, many questions remain unanswered.

Throughout my investigation, one impression has remained remarkably consistent. I repeatedly sensed that Celine did not become lost in the conventional sense. Instead, I felt she was making deliberate decisions throughout her journey, attempting to navigate what had become an increasingly difficult and frightening situation.

As I walked the trail, I received the impression that Celine initially experienced Philosopher Falls exactly as so many visitors do — immersed in the beauty of the ancient rainforest, captivated by the waterfalls, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Rather than viewing her later movements as random or confused, I felt they reflected a series of deliberate choices made in response to circumstances that caused her concern.

As I continued my investigation, the GPS data appeared, in my interpretation, to align with these impressions. The prolonged pause at the landslip felt significant to me. Rather than simply representing someone unsure of the path ahead, I repeatedly sensed it may have been a moment of waiting — remaining still while assessing whether it was safe to continue.

The subsequent change in direction, where Celine left the known route and travelled uphill into dense forest, also stood out as one of the most significant moments in the timeline. During my investigation, I repeatedly received the impression that this was a conscious decision to avoid the main track rather than evidence of becoming completely disorientated.

Another consistent impression was that Celine continued navigating with purpose after her phone ceased moving. I felt she remained focused on travelling east and that she may have been using her compass to maintain her direction through unfamiliar terrain. Whether this reflects what truly occurred cannot be verified, but it remained one of the clearest impressions throughout my work.

I also repeatedly sensed that Celine survived her first night in the forest and resumed attempting to find her way back towards the established track the following morning. My impression was not of someone who had given up, but of someone actively trying to solve an extraordinarily difficult situation using the landscape and the tools available to her. I feel Celine successfully navigated her way back to the trail and attempted to walk out the following morning.

One word that surfaced during this work was "wastelander." I do not yet fully understand its meaning or significance, but it remains an impression I continue to explore alongside the other information that has emerged.

The compass has also remained central to my understanding of this investigation. Beyond its practical purpose as a navigation tool, it carries a deeper symbolic meaning within my interpretation. To me, it represents direction, navigation and tactical response.

Whether it was intended simply as a navigation aid, or whether it ultimately became a silent message left behind, is something I cannot answer. Yet I continue to return to the same question: was the compass saying, "I travelled this way," or was it asking, "I had everything I needed to find my way — why didn't I make it home?" Or was it an insight into a physical compass left in the environment for someone to find?

There also remains a location identified during my pendulum work that I believe warrants further exploration. Whether that ultimately proves significant or not, I feel it is important to continue documenting my impressions as they arise while remaining mindful of the distinction between intuitive experience and verifiable evidence. I aim to check this location out in the future.

At the conclusion of my walk, I came across two small blue parasol mushrooms. Although this carries no evidentiary value, the moment felt deeply significant to me. I experienced it as a gentle reminder of Celine — a symbolic expression of gentleness, beauty, connection and exquisiteness. It was one of those quiet moments that are difficult to explain but impossible for me to dismiss.

This investigation has never been about claiming certainty. It has been about following impressions, exploring possibilities, and documenting a perspective that emerged consistently as I walked the landscape where Celine's journey unfolded. My hope is that, by recording these impressions honestly and transparently, they may contribute another piece to a story that remains incomplete.

This also completes my initial investigation of Celine. I am still yet to explore the location identified by the pendulum. This will be my next step when the opportunity avails itself.
