I recently traveled to Philosopher Falls in NW Tasmania to investigate Celine Cremer's disappearance — but nothing prepared me for what it meant to actually stand where she once stood. In this post, I share a gallery of images that lead you on a visual journey, retracing Celine's footsteps along the Philosopher Falls trail. Each photograph marks a section of the trail I investigated — the crossings, the dense forest stretches, the falls themselves — offered here to go alongside my previously shared impressions and the known facts of the case. I've chosen to let the images speak for themselves but I would like to say that I left Tasmania with even more conviction than before I went. This trip was important to me as I needed answers to questions that didnt make sense. I left with a sense of knowing.
